The team
The Account Executive team is responsible for developing new relationships with clients by prospecting businesses and understanding their requirements so we can solve their needs most effectively. Working alongside other Account Executives, other experience members of our sales team, and our Support team you’ll be fully assisted in helping clients with almost any type of requirement they have.
The role
Account Executives are ambitious, motivated sales professionals furthering their careers in B2B financial services. While extensive market knowledge is not mandatory, self-motivation and a strong desire to learn play crucial parts in achieving success in this career path. Strong candidates will be those that have experience prospecting and selling to decision makers in a previous B2B capacity.
The primary responsibilities of the role are to:

- Source new business through outbound prospecting via telesales, social media, trade events, and networking

- Develop a full understanding of your clients’ requirements and conduct effective analysis of financial requirements and relevant documentation

- Prepare proposal documents and compile persuasive applications

- Provide commercial finance solutions to clients by offering a range of products including, but not limited to, asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance and commercial mortgages

- Build long term relationships with clients to source repeat business

- Actively engage in training and development to progress into an Account Manager position

A high performing Account Manager will:

- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all forms of communication
